As our company continues to grow, we are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Medical Imaging Sales Associate to join our team and begin a career in medical device sales.
As an Entry-Level Medical Imaging Sales Associate, you will support the growth of our imaging sales efforts while learning the fundamentals of medical equipment sales, customer relationships, and imaging technology. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on medical experience who is interested in transitioning into a sales-focused career within the healthcare industry. You will receive training and mentorship to develop product knowledge, sales skills, and industry expertise.
- Support sales initiatives for medical imaging equipment, including surgical C-arms
- Assist in building and maintaining relationships with hospitals, surgical centers, imaging centers, and healthcare professionals
- Participate in product demonstrations, presentations, and customer training sessions
- Learn to identify customer needs and help recommend appropriate imaging solutions
- Stay informed on medical imaging technology, industry trends, and competitor offerings
- Collaborate with internal teams such as customer service, operations, and marketing to ensure a positive customer experience
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events as needed
- Assist with maintaining CRM records, sales reports, and pipeline updates
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred (not required with relevant experience)
- 2 years of medical experience (clinical, administrative, or sales), ideally within a radiology or surgical environment
- Strong interest in medical device or healthcare technology sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable learning technical products and engaging with healthcare professionals
- Self-motivated, organized, and eager to grow professionally
- Ability to travel occasionally to support customer meetings and events
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; CRM experience is a plus (Oracle NetSuite experience a bonus, but not required)
