Shift
- 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Service and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC equipment
- Work with oil, propane, natural gas, and electric HVAC systems
- Service heat pumps, ductless systems, boilers, propane systems, and electric heating/cooling units
- Troubleshoot and repair a wide range of HVAC equipment
- Provide excellent customer service and educate homeowners on systems and recommendations
- Use technical support resources as needed for diagnostics
- Complete daily documentation using a tablet
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
- 4 years of HVAC experience
- EPA Universal Certification
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to consult customers on repair vs. replacement options
- Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints
- Understanding of air balancing principles
- Oil/propane service experience is a plus
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent
- HVAC technical school certificate preferred
- MA or NH Gas License preferred (training available)
- MA or NH Oil License preferred (training available)
Salary : $66,560 - $101,900
