Days: Monday - Thursday
Shift Hours: 7:00AM - 5:30PM
Position Summary
The Assembler works under direct supervision to ensure products are assembled and modified in accordance with quality, operations, and time standards to ensure continual improvement, customer satisfaction, and an adherence to company policy. The Assembler will perform routine and simple assembly and production job tasks where sequences, methods, and instructions and well-defined and routine in nature.
Essential Functions

- Assemble, modify, and package finished products in accordance with standard packaging procedures while maintaining quality standards and efficient production.
- Conduct quality checks and inspections to ensure products and boxes meet quality standards before and after packaging; reporting problems to mitigate quality and safety issues.
- Participate in model changes, maintain workstation inventory levels, and return unused items to the storage area.
- May provide training to other department members as needed.

- Provide consistent, high-quality output to ensure customer satisfaction and create value to exceed customer expectations.
- Regular and reliable attendance is required to accomplish essential functions of the job.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge of industry best practices by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, and visiting other manufacturing facilities as needed.
Education and Experience
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent applicable education and work experience is required.
- Experience in general inspection, assembly, manufacturing, or warehouse environment is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to communicate with all levels of personnel.
- Solve problems using critical thinking and sound judgment.
- Basic math skills are required.
- Actively participate in a team-oriented environment.
- Operate various pieces of equipment (i.e., label machine, small hand power tools, manual and semi-automated lines, etc.).
Work Environment
While performing the duties of this job, the employee will primarily work in a traditional office environment, however, may work in a manufacturing and/or cleanroom environment that is subject to moderate to high levels of noise, specialized apparel, and safety equipment, and moving mechanical parts. This position will have exposure to and use of materials listed in the company’s Safety Data Sheets (SDS).

While performing the duties of this job, the employee conducts primarily light work with constant periods of standing, walking, reaching, squatting, stooping, talking, listening, pushing, and pulling. This position requires lifting, pushing, and pulling objects up to 20 pounds. Repetitive motions of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers are required.
