Bookkeeper
Location: Laconia, NH
Employment Type: Full-Time
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our growing manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong bookkeeping background, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records and general ledger entries
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities
- Prepare financial reports and maintain supporting documentation
- Work closely with management to ensure financial accuracy and compliance
- Perform other bookkeeping and administrative duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of bookkeeping experience
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong understanding of accounting principles
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities with accuracy
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using Odoo ERP
- Experience with IBAS Funding
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
