The Impact You'll Make

As our Second Shift Lead person, you’ll be the go-to leader for your shift—keeping production running smoothly, ensuring quality standards are met, and supporting your team in both assembly and technical tasks. Your leadership will directly influence our ability to meet deadlines, maintain safety, and deliver products our customers can count on.

What You'll Do

· Lead and coordinate daily operations for the second shift, ensuring production goals are met.

· Perform hands-on work including standing, sitting, assembly, and technical functions as needed to support the team.

· Monitor workflow, troubleshoot issues, and adjust resources to maintain efficiency.

· Train and mentor team members on assembly techniques, safety protocols, and technical processes.

· Inspect work for quality compliance and address any deviations promptly.

· Communicate shift updates, challenges, and successes to supervisors and other departments.

· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

What You'll Bring

· Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment, with leadership or leadperson responsibilities.

· Ability to perform both physical tasks (standing, sitting, assembly) and technical functions with attention to detail.

· Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate and guide a team.

· Problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick, effective decisions under pressure.

· Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

· A strong mechanical background is a plus—whether it’s troubleshooting equipment, understanding mechanical drawings, or working with tools and machinery.
