Our vibrant campus offers Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, Skilled Nursing, and Home Care services. Residents enjoy access to amenities including a fitness center, pool, pub, theater, and gourmet dining.
We are currently hiring a Server to join our culinary team, specifically supporting the Terrace Grille & Pub—a lively, restaurant-style dining venue on our campus. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating a welcoming, engaging dining experience for residents and guests.
Wage: $19.09/hr
Schedule: 0.4 FTE

- Three weekday evening shifts: 3:00pm – 8:00pm
- Every other weekend required:
- Saturday: 3:00pm – 8:00pm
- Sunday Brunch: 10:00am – 2:00pm
What You’ll Do:
- Greet and engage residents and guests in a friendly, professional manner
- Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Assist with menu selection, dietary accommodations, and special requests
- Provide beverage service, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, in compliance with state laws and company policies
- Communicate clearly regarding kitchen hours and last-call timing
- Maintain a clean and welcoming dining environment
- Support special events and catered functions
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards
- Address guest concerns with professionalism and courtesy
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous restaurant, catering, or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work well with older adults in a community setting
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and professional
- Ability to follow alcohol service laws and company policies
