About the Role
As an RN on our TCU team, you’ll provide high-quality, compassionate nursing care to residents recovering from illness, surgery, or hospitalization—supporting both short-term rehabilitation and longer-term needs.
Key Responsibilities Include:
• Administering medications and treatments per physician orders and protocols
• Assessing residents’ physical, mental, and emotional health and adjusting care plans as needed
• Developing and implementing individualized care plans
• Supervising and supporting caregiving staff
• Educating residents and families on care plans and health needs
• Collaborating with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members
• Monitoring, documenting, and reporting changes in resident condition
• Ensuring timely and accurate documentation within EMR systems
• Participating in infection control, quality assurance, and regulatory initiatives
• Promoting a resident-centered environment focused on dignity, safety, and well-being
What We’re Looking For
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing with the Minnesota Board of Nursing
• CPR and First Aid certification
• Ability to work in federally funded healthcare programs
• Strong assessment, communication, and critical-thinking skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in Skilled Nursing, TCU, long-term care, assisted living, or memory care
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems
• Experience with geriatric care and chronic disease management
