Staffing Coordinator Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage for all shifts.
- Coordinate and manage staffing changes due to call-offs, vacations, or other absences.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and preferences.
- Monitor and adjust staffing levels based on census and resident needs.
- Maintain accurate records of staff attendance, schedules, and payroll information.
- Assist with recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new staff members.
