- Monitor staffing levels to ensure compliance with state regulations and resident care standards.
- Communicate updates and changes to staff promptly and professionally.
Staffing Scheduler Requirements:
- Previous experience in healthcare scheduling or a related role preferred.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in scheduling software and MS Office Suite.
