Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day construction activities on a utility-scale community solar project
- Manage project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and site safety compliance
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and owner's teams to ensure project milestones are met
- Provide regular progress reporting and documentation
- Serve in both CM and PM capacities as project needs dictate
- Ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications
- Proven experience managing solar or renewable energy construction projects
- Ability to perform in both Construction Manager and Project Manager roles
- Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
- Comfortable working in an onsite, field-based environment in Arizona
- Familiarity with utility-scale or community solar project workflows
- Bilingual – Spanish speaking
