Overview
As a Textile Designer at EnVogue, you will design original prints, patterns, and fabrications for our soft home goods such as kitchen/table linen, bedding, shower curtains, tote bags, etc. You will bridge the gap between creative artistry and technical production, taking designs from initial concept through production-ready tech packs.
Key Responsibilities
- Design original artwork, seamless repeats, and eye-catching fabric manipulations.
- Forecast seasonal trends and curate signature color palettes.
- Translate creative ideas into precise, production-ready tech packs.
- Apply a deep understanding of fabric constructions and behaviors.
- Review factory strike-offs and troubleshoot technical challenges live.
- Maintain and organize flawless physical and digital sample libraries.
- Clean, index, and organize digital design assets to keep the pipeline moving.
- Merchandise product and set up the showroom to wow retail buyers.
- Partner with leadership to balance artistic vision with commercial SKU targets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Textile/Fashion/Graphic/Home Design, Fine Arts or related.
- 3 years work experience in design in home textiles, décor, furniture, or accessories.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop (CAD, mappings, pattern repeats).
- Strong understanding of color theory, print/pattern design, and material selection.
- Strong technical knowledge of construction, materials, and manufacturing processes.

Job Details: In-office, 5 days a week (Monday–Friday)

Salary : $60,000 - $85,000
