Overview
As a Technical Designer, you will drive the fit development process across sleepwear, loungewear, and intimates, ensuring silhouette, comfort, and quality align with brand standards. You will manage technical specifications and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and overseas vendors to transition designs seamlessly from concept to production.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain consistent brand fit and grading rules using Excel.
- Analyze competitor sizing to ensure market competitiveness.
- Create Tech Packs through all development stages (Proto, Fit, PP, and TOP).
- Lead fit sessions, measure samples, and validate construction.
- Clearly communicate execution feedback to vendors.
- Evaluate fabric performance (stretch, recovery, and shrinkage) to ensure consistency.
- Review PP samples to approve final construction for bulk production.
- Partner with teams and vendors to ensure fit comments are delivered on time.
Qualifications
- 3 years of technical design experience in the apparel industry.
- Experience in sleepwear, loungewear, or intimates is a strong plus.
- Strong understanding of garment construction, pattern making, grading, and fabric.
- Exceptional accuracy in measuring garments and maintaining spec sheets.
- Clear, direct communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Apparel Production, or a related field.
Job Details: In-office, 5 days a week (Monday–Friday)

Salary : $70,000 - $85,000
