The Opportunity
As a Sample Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day flow of product samples across the organization. This is a hands-on position that combines organization, logistics, inventory management, and operational support to ensure samples are readily available for meetings, presentations, product development, and customer needs.
Working closely with Design, Product Development, Sales, and Operations teams, you will help maintain an organized and efficient sample process while supporting the overall functionality of our office and showroom.
Key Responsibilities
• Receive, organize, catalog, and manage physical product samples across multiple categories.
• Pull, prepare, and coordinate samples for buyer meetings, presentations, line reviews, and showroom appointments.
• Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments, deliveries, and sample transfers.
• Maintain organized sample rooms, storage areas, and showroom spaces to ensure accessibility and efficiency.
• Track sample inventory, usage, locations, and status across departments.
• Support general office, showroom, and operational needs, including supply management, meeting preparation, visitor support, and other day-to-day activities.
• Assist with maintaining accurate records and processes related to sample management and inventory organization.
Qualifications
• Highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
• Strong communication skills and basic computer proficiency.
• Comfortable standing, walking, and moving throughout the day.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Interest in home décor, design, consumer products, or retail is a plus.

Compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, skills, qualifications, market conditions, and internal equity.
Salary : $45,000 - $55,000
