About Us
Environment Control is a trusted provider of commercial janitorial services, helping businesses maintain clean, safe, and healthy work environments. We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated individual to join our team as a Lead Generator & Appointment Setter. In this role, you'll be contacting business owners, office managers, and facility managers to introduce our commercial cleaning services, identify potential opportunities, and schedule complimentary consultations for our sales team.
This is a part-time position averaging approximately 20 hours per week (about 4 hours per day), Monday through Friday. Work hours will be scheduled during normal business hours and may vary based on the times that are most effective for reaching business owners and office managers. Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to local businesses to introduce our commercial cleaning services.
- Build interest with prospective clients and identify their cleaning needs.
- Schedule qualified appointments for our outside sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and appointments.
- Follow up with prospective customers by phone and email when appropriate.
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly call and appointment goals.
- Represent Environment Control in a professional and positive manner.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in appointment setting, lead generation, sales, customer service, or business development is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging with decision-makers.
- Ability to work independently while staying motivated and organized.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to accurately enter customer information.
- Positive attitude with a strong desire to achieve goals.
