*This is a door-to-door position* that pays $18-$25/hr PLUS performance bonuses. You can expect to earn 60k-100k/year at target.
Lioncrest Roofing & Chimney is looking for an energetic and self-motivated Door-to-Door Canvasser / Appointment Setter to join our growing team! This role is perfect for someone who enjoys engaging with people, working outdoors, and contributing directly to a team’s success.
Responsibilities:
- Canvass neighborhoods to generate leads for roofing and chimney services.
- Educate homeowners about our roofing and chimney repair/replacement services.
- Schedule appointments for inspections or consultations.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor when interacting with potential clients.
- Accurately track and report leads, appointments, and progress to the team.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and goal-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable with walking door-to-door and engaging with homeowners.
- Prior experience in sales, canvassing, or appointment setting is a plus, but not required.
