**WEEKLY PAY**
Schedule:
- Monday - Friday 6:00 pm start time
Work Location:
- Multiple locations (Mileage & Drive Time are Paid!!)
Position Summary:
We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Part-Time Janitorial Supervisor to oversee cleaning operations across multiple accounts in the Fairfield, Vacaville, Dixon, and Davis areas. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and hands-on custodial experience.
Requirements:
- Must be available evenings 4-6 hours a night
- Be able to Lead 10-20 employees
- Ability to Lead, Guide, Direct and Train employees
- Strong Communication Skills
- Ok with driving own vehicle to multiple locations nightly (we pay mileage drive time)
- Must have Reliable Transportation / Valid D.L
- Supervisor/ Lead & Janitorial experience is a MUST!
Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality standards are met
- Fill in for open accounts or staff call-outs by performing janitorial duties as needed
- Train new employees on proper cleaning procedures and safety protocols
- Supervise and hold the highest level of cleaning standards
- Delivering supplies to your staff
- Communicate effectively with management
- Address and resolve service issues promptly
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulation
Pay Rate: $25.00/hour
