What are the responsibilities and job description for the Janitorial Supervisor position at Environment Control?
We are a Commercial Janitorial Maintenance Company that has been serving the Greater Sacramento area for over 39 years. We are currently seeking a Janitorial Supervisor in the Grass Valley Area with experience in Custodial Maintenance and Supervision.
**WEEKLY PAY**
Schedule: Monday - Friday 6:00 pm start time
Requirements:
- Provide coverage in the Grass Valley and Auburn Areas
- Must be available evenings
- Must be able to work 4-6 hours per night
- Be able to Lead 10-20 employees
- Ability to Lead, Guide, Direct and Train
- Good Communication Skills
- Ok with cleaning & cover cleaning as needed
- Ok with driving own vehicle to multiple locations nightly (we pay mileage drive time)
- Ok with driving to Auburn when needed
- Must have Reliable Transportation / Valid D.L
- Supervisor/ Lead & Janitorial experience is required!
Responsibilities:
- Quality control of the locations and employees in their area
- Training with staff and upholding Employer Policy and Procedures
- Supervise and hold the highest level of cleaning standards
- Assist in covering accounts when needed
- Delivering supplies to your staff
Work Location:
- Multiple locations ranging from Auburn to Grass Valley (Mileage & Drive Time are Paid!!)
Pay Rate Range: $24.00 - $25.00
