Job Overview
We are looking for a Janitorial Supervisor to train and supervise our cleaners and ensure high standards of cleaning across various commercial properties in Solano and Napa County. This role combines supervisory responsibilities with hands-on janitorial and deep cleaning duties, including managing staff, covering janitors when they call in and overseeing cleaning operations. Responsibilities
- Supervise daily janitorial operations, ensuring all cleaning tasks meet company standards and client expectations
- Lead, motivate, and train cleaning staff to deliver consistent quality service
- Deep Cleaning - Carpet Cleaning, Window Cleaning, Stripping and Waxing, Etc.
- Perform regular inspections
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Foster a positive team environment focused on safety, efficiency, and quality cleaning
Experience and Requirements
- Supervisor or Management Experience is a Must
- Janitorial Experience Required
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Experience with deep cleaning (carpet cleaning, stripping and waxing and window cleaning) preferred.
