About the Role
Envent Corporation is seeking a hands-on Regional Operations Manager to support industrial operations across the Pacific Northwest. This role partners closely with Operations Supervisors and field teams working in active plants and job sites, ensuring work is performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with all requirements.

What You’ll Do
• Lead and support industrial field operations across the region
• Partner with Operations Supervisors and field crews at plants and job sites
• Ensure compliance with safety programs, PPE requirements, JSAs, and incident reporting
• Support customer and plant-site relationships; resolve operational issues
• Coordinate schedules, equipment readiness, and site execution
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency
• Serve as a visible leader in the field while collaborating with leadership
What We’re Looking For
• 5 years of experience in industrial, plant, chemical, manufacturing, environmental services, or similar operations
• Experience managing or supporting field crews in active job sites or plant environments
• Strong understanding of industrial safety and compliance expectations
• Ability to work in both field and office environments
• Organized, adaptable, and comfortable in fast-paced operations
Work Environment
This role includes regular time in the field and at plant sites, as well as office collaboration. PPE is required, and comfort working around heavy equipment and active operations is essential.
Travel
Up to 20% travel within the region.

Salary Range: $170,000 – $180,000 annually
