Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Environmental, Electrical, or related field), or recent graduate. No prior industry experience required.

This job will require a mixture of office work and field work. While performing the duties of this job, the Associate is regularly required to stand and walk in an office setting and/or on a field site and communicate on a telephone while meeting with others. The Associate frequently is required to sit at a desk, use fingers to operate a computer keyboard, reach for papers or books with hands and arms, climb a ladder or balance on a roof, and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl to operate or troubleshoot equipment. The Associate must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. - Assist engineers and project managers with planning, scheduling, and coordinating engineering tasks
- Support the preparation and organization of engineering documents, drawings, and project files
- Help gather technical information for projects, including equipment data and vendor information
- Participate in meetings with internal teams, contractors, and vendors as an observer or note‑taker
- Assist with reviewing drawings, schematics, and basic engineering plans
- Support field activities by observing equipment installation, setup, and testing under supervision
- Help ensure work follows safety guidelines, company standards, and basic regulatory requirements
- Assist with data collection, reporting, and simple troubleshooting tasks
- Learn and follow company safety policies and customer communication guidelines
- Basic understanding of engineering principles (mechanical, chemical, environmental, or electrical)
- Ability to read and interpret basic engineering drawings with guidance
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Willingness to learn AutoCAD or other engineering software
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- Ability to follow instructions and ask questions when unsure
- Possess ingenuity, creative imagination, and original thought to effectively solve customer issues, employee issues, improve company technology, and develop new services.
- Demonstrate proficiency in the care and use of all site specific, facility and customer required Personal Protection Equipment (PPE), and be able to pass all site specific facility, company and industry tests.
- Possess a current, valid driver license from state of residency and valid proof of insurance. The candidate or employee must provide his or her motor vehicle record from the state of residency and must be insurable by the Envent Corporation insurance provider.
