Lead a Skilled Tool & Die Team

We're looking for an experienced Tool & Die Supervisor to lead our Tool & Die department in a stable manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll oversee tooling operations, mentor a talented team, and play a key role in supporting production, new product launches, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What You'll Do

• Lead, coach, and develop the Tool & Die team.
• Manage daily department operations to ensure safety, quality, and productivity.
• Oversee the construction, maintenance, repair, and modification of dies, tooling, fixtures, jigs, and machines.
• Support tooling design and development for production, new products, and quoting activities.
• Partner with Engineering, Production, and Maintenance to resolve tooling and manufacturing challenges.
• Identify opportunities to improve tooling performance, efficiency, and workflow.
• Maintain quality standards, documentation, and compliance with safety policies.
• Drive continuous improvement while helping the company achieve production and operational goals.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• 5 years of Tool & Die experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of tool and die construction, repair, maintenance, and manufacturing processes.
• Experience with tooling, dies, fixtures, jigs, and related equipment.
• Excellent troubleshooting and root-cause problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous leadership, supervisory, or management experience.
• Journeyman Tool & Die Certificate or equivalent technical training.
• Experience with budgeting, employee development, and performance management.
