Must-Have Qualifications:

- 2–3 years of project management/program oversight experience (depending on education level).
- 1–3 years of budget management experience.
- 1–2 years in a technical role involving application systems analysis, programming, or software support.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale technical projects.
- Strong analytical, organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Experience with application design, coding, testing, debugging, implementation, and documentation.
- Ability to identify process improvements, resolve complex technical issues, and manage multiple priorities.
