We’re looking for a talented Controls Systems Engineer to join our team in New Orleans! If you have a passion for instrumentation, control systems, and working on dynamic engineering projects, this could be a great fit.
🔧 What You’ll Do:
• Develop installation details, control panel layouts, loop diagrams, and instrumentation plans
• Create control narratives and specify process instrumentation
• Size control valves and prepare data sheets/specifications
• Review vendor submittals and support bid evaluations
• Collaborate across disciplines to ensure successful project delivery
• Contribute to P&IDs and procurement packages
🎓 What We’re Looking For:
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Instrumentation & Control Systems Engineering
• 2–5 years of relevant experience
• Familiarity with PLC, HMI, and DCS systems
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Bluebeam
⭐ Nice to Have:
• PE license (preferred, not required)
• PLC/DCS programming experience
