The ideal candidate will be responsible for control drawings submittals, programming, and managing control systems for various projects, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with industry standards.Key ResponsibilitiesProgram Building Automation System (BAS) software for HVAC controls (e.g. Tridium, Distech)Configure, integrate and troubleshoot HVAC controls to optimize performance and reliability.Work closely with clients and project teams to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.Create and review technical documentation, including drawings, specifications, and system narratives.Collaborate with project managers to develop project specifications and ensure timely delivery of submittals.Conduct testing and validation of control systems to ensure they meet functionality and performance standards.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Controls Engineering, or a related field preferred.Minimum of 3 years of experience in controls engineering, specifically with HVAC control systems.Strong knowledge of control systems and programming languagesExperience programming Building Automation System software (e.g. Tridium, Distech, Honeywell, or Johnson Controls)Proficiency in design software for control drawings (e.g. AutoCAD, Revit, Visio, etc.)Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.Niagara N4 Certification a plus!BenefitsCompetitive Compensation: $85k-115k (DOE)Hybrid workplace (flexible WFH options)MedicalDentalVision401k with 10% matchBonusesPaid time off...and more! - For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
