Traveling Electrical Project Manager - Low Voltage

Responsibilities:

• - Manage teams on low voltage projects, including structured cabling systems, terminating and testing fiber and copper cables, troubleshooting fiber lines, installing wireless door access points, security camera installations, and more.
• - Oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring job safety and completion.
• - Collaborate with upper management and Senior Superintendents to ensure project success.
• - Develop and build strong teams for each project, delivering quality output, meeting customer expectations, managing scope, and ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery.
• - Drive division profitability through effective project execution.
• - Continuously evaluate and improve systems and processes to meet customer requirements and profitability goals.
• - Review contractual requirements for all projects and specific process design methodologies as needed.
• - Ensure schedule requirements are met, adjusting priorities and milestones based on changing customer needs, resource availability, and job requirements.
• - Interact with customers to validate expectations are understood and met throughout the project lifecycle.
• - Manage project review processes with a focus on financial forecasting.
• - Ensure high-quality engineering, studies, and project delivery.
• - Proactively communicate challenges, risks, and successes.

Requirements:

• - 5 years of experience in managing low voltage electrical projects.
• - Proven ability to develop relationships and assist in winning projects.

• - Demonstrated ability to run a profitable portfolio.

  -  Exceptional initiative, execution, and communication skills, both oral and written.

• - Strong analytical, motivational, and leadership skills.
