What They’re Looking For
- 5 years of commercial construction Project Management experience
- Experience independently managing multiple projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Background in retail, restaurant, tenant improvement, renovation, or ground-up construction
- Strong understanding of project financials, scheduling, subcontractor management, and client communication
- Willingness to travel to active projects approximately one to four times per month
- Someone looking to take on greater responsibility and build a long-term career with the company
