What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and field teams throughout project execution
- Lead client communication and maintain strong long-term relationships
- Oversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, procurement, and project documentation
- Ensure projects remain on schedule, within budget, and aligned with quality standards
- Collaborate closely with Superintendents and executive leadership to proactively solve project challenges
- Support mentorship and development of junior team members
Ideal Background
- 5 years of commercial construction Project Management experience with a General Contractor
- Experience within healthcare, education, industrial, or commercial construction environments preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills
- Ability to manage multiple project responsibilities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and financial management capabilities
