Estimator
I’m partnered with a well-established, privately held GC in Cleveland that’s known for doing things the right way: strong backlog, repeat clients, and a team people genuinely enjoy being part of.
The Role:
This is a full-cycle estimating position where you’ll be involved from early budgeting through final bid. You’ll work closely with PMs and leadership, but you’ll also have the autonomy to own your work without being micromanaged.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Prepare conceptual detailed estimates
- Handle takeoffs, cost analysis, and bid leveling
- Work directly with subs and vendors
- Partner with PMs and leadership during preconstruction
- Contribute to value engineering and project strategy
Project Types:
- Commercial / Mixed-use
- Multifamily
- Light industrial
- Renovation ground-up
