Job description:
We’re working with a respected local general contractor that’s looking to add a Project Manager to their growing commercial team. This role offers the opportunity to lead impactful projects while working alongside a collaborative and experienced group.
What You’ll Do:
- Take ownership of projects from start to finish, ensuring successful delivery and financial performance
- Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, cost control, and team coordination
- Manage project risks and drive solutions to keep projects on track
- Lead communication between clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and contractual requirements
What You Bring:
- Experience managing commercial construction projects
- Strong knowledge of construction practices and safety standards
- Proven leadership and organizational capabilities
- Healthcare project experience is a plus
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Office
