Job Description
This role offers an excellent opportunity for an entry-level Project Manager with approximately two years of construction experience to join a special projects team focused on mid-size interior renovations. You will help deliver projects typically ranging from $300,000 to $2 million, including hotels, office spaces, and hospitality environments. The position is ideal for someone who wants to grow their project management career while working on high-quality interior renovation projects in a supportive, team-oriented setting.
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing construction projects from initial planning through completion for interior renovation work in hotels, office spaces, and other hospitality environments.
- Support the coordination of special projects typically ranging from $300,000 to $2 million in size, ensuring they stay on schedule and within scope.
- Collaborate with internal team members, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders to support smooth project execution.
- Help prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, progress updates, and related project records.
- Contribute to monitoring project progress and identifying issues or risks, escalating them to team members as needed.
- Participate in site visits to observe construction activities, verify work quality, and support adherence to project plans.
- Assist in coordinating project resources and logistics to ensure materials, labor, and equipment are available when needed.
- Support efforts to maintain strong client relationships by providing responsive communication and helping deliver a positive project experience.
Essential Skills
- Approximately 2 years of construction experience, ideally in a project management or project coordination capacity.
- Project management experience in the construction industry, with exposure to managing or supporting multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Hands-on experience with interior renovation projects in the mid-size market.
- Experience working on hospitality projects, such as hotels, office spaces, or luxury spaces.
- Ability to support planning, scheduling, and coordination activities for construction projects.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when handling project documentation and tasks.
- Effective communication skills to work closely with team members, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $43.00 - $54.00/hr.
