Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in High Point, North Carolina, for an Inside Sales Support professional. The Inside Sales Support specialist will assist sales teams by managing customer inquiries, preparing quotes, processing orders, and providing exceptional customer service. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate sales and customer records, coordinating with internal departments to ensure timely order fulfillment, and assisting with sales reporting and administrative tasks. Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for customer service and team coordination
- Proficiency in sales support tasks such as order processing, quoting, and CRM management
- Attention to detail, accuracy in recordkeeping, and strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM tools
- Experience in sales, customer service, or related fields is preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment
- Associate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred
