What are the responsibilities and job description for the Inside Sales Support position at AvevoRx LLC?
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact between AvevoRx and physicians' offices.
- Effectively communicate with patients to explain the home infusion process, insurance coverage, and answer any questions.
- Learn and follow internal processes to guide referrals smoothly from start to finish.
- Ensure timely follow-up on all referrals and inquiries to meet service and patient care standards.
- Collaborate with account managers to address any outstanding issues or complete additional tasks related to account management.
- Actively participate in maintaining strong customer relationships, fostering trust and satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including billing, nursing, and pharmacy, to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Assist in resolving reimbursement and insurance issues in coordination with internal departments.
- Provide ongoing education to customers about AvevoRx services, product offerings, and best practices for home infusion.
- Track and report sales activity, referral progress, and service performance to management.
- Attend training sessions to stay current on AvevoRx's products, services, and industry trends.
- Other duties as assigned.
