Job Description Job Title: High School School Psychologist or School Social Worker (1.0 FTE) Assignment: High School Position Type: Full-Time, Contract (100% In-Person) About the Role e&e Educational Partners is seeking a dedicated, full-time School Psychologist or Licensed School Social Worker to support a High School. This 1.0 FTE position is focused on delivering high-quality mental health services, crisis support, and IEP-driven interventions to high school students across a range of needs. This is a fully in-person role designed for a mental health professional who thrives in a collaborative high school environment and is passionate about supporting student well-being and social-emotional growth
Key Responsibilities IEP Direct & Indirect Services: Deliver direct mental health services and social-emotional instruction to students with IEPs ranging from mild-to-moderate needs, Affective Needs (AN), and Significant Support Needs (SSN). Caseload Management: Oversee a diverse caseload, managing service minutes, progress monitoring, and compliant documentation. Evaluations & Re-Evaluations: Conduct psycho-social assessments, functional behavior assessments (FBAs), and contribute to behavior intervention plans (BIPs) as appropriate.
Crisis Intervention & Support: Provide timely crisis intervention, risk assessments, and mental health support as needed across the campus. Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Partner closely with special education teachers, administrators, counselors, and families to foster an inclusive and supportive educational environment. Qualifications & Requirements Education: Master's or Specialist degree in School Psychology or Master's in Social Work (MSW).
Licensure: Valid State Department of Education certification/licensure as a School Psychologist or School Social Worker. Experience: Prior Special Education (SPED) experience strongly preferred; familiar with managing IEP service minutes and supporting Affective Needs (AN) and Significant Support Needs (SSN) populations. Work Location: 100% On-Site / Fully In-Person (no remote or hybrid flexibility available).
Schedule & Compensation FTE: 1.0 Full-Time Equivalent (Standard High School Operating Hours, M-F) Compensation: Competitive hourly pay rate commensurate with degree level and years of experience.
