Job Description Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Birth-to-5 Early Intervention & Early Childhood Special Education (EI/ECSE) Job Type: Full-Time Contract (190-day contracts) Locations: Salem Area | Polk County | Yamhill County, OR About Us: A Different Kind of Educational Partner At e&e Educational Partners, we do things differently. Open Positions 1. Full-Time SLP - Birth to 3 Years Old (Early Intervention) Contract Term: July 6, 2026 - June 11, 2027 (190-Day Contract) Primary Coverage: Salem Metro Area Focus: Home visits, natural environment evaluations, family coaching, and early communication milestones for infants and toddlers. 2.

Full-Time SLP - Ages 3 to 5 Years Old (Early Childhood Special Education) Contract Term: August 21, 2026 - June 9, 2027 (190-Day Contract) Primary Coverage: Regional coverage across Salem area, Polk County, and Yamhill County Focus: Preschool-based evaluations, direct therapy, IFSP/IEP goal development, and multidisciplinary early childhood team collaboration. Responsibilities Evaluations & Assessment: Conduct comprehensive developmental, speech, language, and feeding/swallowing evaluations for infants, toddlers, and young children (Birth to Age 5). Direct & Consultative Services: Deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy in natural environments (home/community settings for B-3) and early childhood classroom environments (3-5).

IFSP & IEP Management: Write, track, and update Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) and Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in accordance with Oregon IDEA Part C and Part B guidelines. Family & Team Collaboration: Partner closely with parents, caregivers, early childhood educators, occupational therapists, and physical therapists to support developmental progress. Documentation: Maintain accurate, timely clinical notes and attendance records compliant with state and regional program requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements Education: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders. Licensure: Active Oregon Board of Examiners for Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology (BSPA) license (or active application in process); TSPC endorsement accepted where applicable. Certification: ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFYs) with strong early childhood backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

Experience: Background in Early Intervention (EI), Early Childhood Special Education (ECSE), or pediatric outpatient settings preferred. Clearances: Ability to pass standard Oregon Department of Education (ODE) background checks, including Fieldprint fingerprinting.
