Job Title: Human Resources Payroll Manager
Location: Commerce, Georgia (100% on-site)
Position Type: Full-time, 8:00 AM β 5:00 PM
Position Overview: Hands-on payroll and HR executor supporting a 24/7 manufacturing operation. Primary focus on payroll processing, compensation administration, and benefits coordination, with additional responsibility for recruitment, training, and daily HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
Payroll & Compensation (Primary Focus)
- Process bi-weekly payroll for 100 hourly and salaried employees: verify timecards, overtime calculations, shift differentials, and attendance adjustments
- Administer wage and salary programs, including annual merit increases, promotions, transfers, and rate changes.
- Manage payroll deductions: benefits, garnishments, 401(k), taxes; ensure accuracy and compliance
- Reconcile payroll reports, resolve discrepancies, and coordinate with finance on GL coding and labor cost analysis
- Maintain compensation records and conduct pay equity audits to ensure compliance with federal and Georgia wage laws
- Administer time & attendance system: daily clock-in verification, absence follow-up, point issuance, weekly/monthly reports
- Process new hire paperwork, terminations, and status changes with immediate payroll impact
Benefits Administration
- Manage benefits enrollment, open enrollment, life events, and COBRA administration
- Serve as primary contact for employees on payroll and benefits questions
- Coordinate with carriers and vendors; reconcile monthly billing
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience processing multi-state payroll for 100 employees
- Working knowledge of FLSA, wage-hour laws, Georgia employment law, and payroll tax compliance
- Proficiency with payroll systems (ADP Workforce or similar)
- Advanced Excel skills: pivot tables, VLOOKUP, payroll calculations, and data analysis
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
Fluent Korean (speaking, reading, writing) is a plus

Pay: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
