What are the responsibilities and job description for the Wealth Administrator position at EnableSA (Pty) Ltd?
· Assist financial advisers in developing
comprehensive financial plans for clients, including retirement, investment,
tax, and estate planning strategies.
· Prepare and present financial analysis,
including asset allocation, risk profiling, and portfolio recommendations.
· Draft client reports and documentation,
ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
· Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial
products, regulations, and industry best practices.
· Conduct research on financial products,
strategies, and market trends to support financial planning decisions.
· Serve as the primary point of contact for
clients, building strong, long-term relationships through excellent
communication and service.
· Actively engage with clients to understand
their financial needs, objectives, and concerns.
· Provide regular updates on financial plans
and portfolio performance, ensuring clients are informed and confident in their
financial journey.
· Address client inquiries, resolving any
issues promptly and professionally.
· Coordinate and facilitate client meetings,
ensuring all necessary materials and documents are prepared
· Support the implementation of financial plans
by liaising with third-party providers, such as insurance companies or
investment managers.
· Assist in onboarding new clients and
preparing them for a seamless financial planning experience.
· Work closely with other departments, such as
compliance and administration, to ensure accurate execution of tasks related to
client financial plans.
· Adhere to all compliance in terms of FICA and
FAIS regulations.
· Ongoing maintenance and development of
professional knowledge to satisfy the current industry and legislative
requirements.
· General office management duties and/or
administrative tasks within other divisions of the business that may be
required from time to time.

· At least 1 years of experience in a working
corporate environment
