organized and dynamic Programme & Executive Support Coordinator to
work closely with the CEO and support the day-to-day operations of the
organization. This role is ideal for someone who has a passion for
books, reading, and education, and who enjoys working in a role that combines operations,
project coordination, communication, and executive support.
Responsibilities:
- Hands-on
involvement in organizational operations and projects.
- Managing
and coordinating multiple projects and initiatives.
- Handling
professional communication on behalf of the CEO.
- Providing
Executive PA support, including diary management, coordination, International
travel arrangements and administrative assistance.
- Preparing
written communication, reports, and presentations.
- Engaging
with stakeholders across different levels.
Requirements
- Grade
12.
- Tertiary
qualification preferred.
- Experience
in the education sector would be highly advantageous.
- Strong
writing and communication skills.
- Highly
organised with excellent project coordination ability.
- Comfortable
working in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.
- A
genuine passion for literacy, books, and education.
- Occasional
travel may be required.
