Job Summary
Direct Support Professional (DSP) - South Jersey
GladEyes Care Support Services provides person-centered support to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities across Gloucester, Camden, Burlington, Salem, Atlantic, Cumberland, and Cape May counties. No experience necessary, training provided.
What you'll do:
- Assist with daily living activities and personal goals
- Support individuals in community activities, appointments, and errands
- Provide respectful companionship and supervision based on individual needs
- Help individuals build independence and pursue their interests
What you'll need:
- 18 years or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid NJ driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Willingness to complete background checks, fingerprinting, and drug screening
- A reliable, patient, and compassionate approach to care
Employment is contingent upon completion of required screenings, fingerprinting, onboarding, and training. Openings depend on current staffing and service needs.
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
