Our client is seeking an experienced Office Assistant / Date Capturer to join the Port Elizabeth team on a contract basis
The contract duration will be 5 months.
· Capture,
clean, and maintain large datasets accurately
· Develop and
maintain advanced Excel spreadsheets and reports
· Create
dashboards and management reports using Excel
· Use
formulas such as VLOOKUP, etc
· Work with
Pivot Tables, charts, and data visualisation tools
· Provide general office administrative support
to management and staff
Requirements
· Grade
12
· 2–4 years’
experience in an administrative or office support role
· Advanced
proficiency in Microsoft Excel (essential)
· Deadline-driven
and able to prioritise tasks
· Must
be available to start immediately
