Electrical Supervisor

• Manage and mentor service technicians.
  
• Allocate work and oversee daily service operations.
  
• Act as senior technical support for complex electrical issues.
  
• Oversee maintenance, installations, and commissioning.
  
• Ensure quality checks and safety compliance.
  
• Build and maintain client relationships.
  
• Support business growth through service contracts.
  
• Manage standby and emergency call-outs.
  

Requirements

• Grade 12.
  
• Qualified Electrician / Millwright or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
  
• 5–7 years’ experience in power generation or critical power systems.
  
• 3 years in a supervisory or management role.
  
• Strong electrical fault-finding skills (LV systems, ATS, alternators, generators).
  
• Knowledge of diesel generators and control systems.
  
• Valid driver’s licence.
  
• Willing to travel and do standby duties.
  
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
