SUMMARY
The Senior Admissions plays a pivotal role in our organization, responsible for gathering comprehensive patient information, making initial clinical assessments and offering recommendations based on each patient’s unique needs. The role requires a blend of administrative skills and clinical knowledge to ensure a smooth, efficient, and compassionate admissions process.
JOB FUNCTIONS

Present treatment options to a diverse demographic.

Assisting in the training process with new and upcoming team members.

Showcasing teamplay in all endeavors, including adding value to the everyday culture.

Assisting in brand recognition nationally for EHG.

Having the ability to maintain professionalism both in the office and on all calls, in all situations.

Being proficient in presenting program information to all demographics, having financial conversations and being able to collect funds towards deductibles, travel and private pay clients.

Having the ability to problem solve with minimal intervention from management.
PIT duties:

Being able to recognize which policies are best for what program.

What is workable financially and appropriate clinically and assisting the team with traffic control.

Determining which closer is most appropriate for what clients.
Being proactive with all leads:

Always involving families, emergency contacts without being asked. Making that a vital part of your pitching structure.

Communicating with verifications via chatter for any problems presented to receiving live verifications. Taking the initiative to look for verification of benefits to return and add VOB to the file when received.

Recognizing missing information on face sheets and/or assessments when beginning a pitch and taking the initiative to fill out anything that is missing or unclear.

Bringing valuable insights to leadership, assisting in the streamlining of new processes that are rolled out with the growth of EHG.

Participating with leadership to help develop and streamline processes and training materials.

High School diploma or equivalent preferred, bachelor's preferred

2 or more years of admissions experience

Knowledge of substance abuse and recovery
