About the Role
You'll join as an early operational hire, acting as a force multiplier for the founders across planning, execution, and company operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing structure to ambiguity, managing complex projects, and helping leadership teams operate more effectively as the business scales. You'll work across multiple functions, drive accountability, improve operating rhythms, and help ensure key initiatives move forward efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Drive project management across teams and product lines
- Own leadership operating cadence, meetings, and follow-ups
- Improve internal processes and organizational efficiency
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and company priorities
- Support strategic planning and execution across the business
- Organize leadership offsites, travel, and operational logistics
- Act as a trusted partner to founders on day-to-day operations
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in Operations, Chief of Staff, BizOps, Project Management, or a startup leadership role
- Experience at a Seed to Series A startup required
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and fast-changing environments
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
- Experience in marketplaces, blockchain, Web3, or alternative assets is a plus
- Self-starter with a strong ownership mentality
Pay range and compensation package
- Compensation: $120K–$160K Base Competitive Equity
- Location: New York City / New Jersey
- Work Model: Hybrid
- Visa Sponsorship: Open to Canadian citizens
