The Opportunity
You’ll join as the Strategic Projects Lead to become the first dedicated operations hire, working directly with founders to create leverage across the company. You’ll own high-impact initiatives, design systems from scratch, and bring structure to a business scaling rapidly.
This role is designed for people who enjoy ambiguity, move with urgency, and naturally step into problems before being asked.
What You’ll Own
Operational Strategy
- Lead company-wide initiatives from idea through execution
- Build systems that create long-term operational leverage
- Audit workflows and redesign processes for scale
Founder Partnership
- Work directly alongside leadership on high-priority initiatives
- Consolidate fragmented workflows into scalable systems
- Create structure around rapidly evolving business needs
Cross-Functional Execution
- Partner across engineering, design, product, and growth teams
- Identify opportunities proactively and launch projects independently
- Drive alignment and execution across teams
Ideal Background
- 1–3 years of experience in investment banking or management consulting
- Experience in highly demanding, high-performance environments
- Strong ownership and bias toward action
- Exceptional execution skills and comfort with ambiguity
- Natural tendency to create structure where none exists
- Ability to operate independently without heavy process or oversight
Compensation & Logistics
Compensation: $150K Competitive Equity
Location: Palo Alto, CA
Work Model: 5 days/week onsite
