What You'll Do
- Act as the scrum master for the business, managing projects across product lines and keeping the leadership team aligned on blockers, next steps, and requirements.
- Own the operating cadence for the leadership team, including organizing meetings, setting agendas, and driving accountability on follow-ups.
- Serve as the connective tissue across departments, helping teams stay aligned on goals, timelines, and execution.
- Plan and coordinate leadership offsites, team travel, and other company events.
- Embrace a no-task-is-too-small mindset, jumping in to handle administrative and operational tasks in support of the founders.
- 1-3 years of experience in an operational, strategy, or founding role within a startup.
- Prior experience at an early-stage startup, ideally Seed to Series A; corporate-only backgrounds are not the right fit for this role.
- Based in the New York area and able to work in person with the leadership team in New York, NY.
- Extremely organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple competing priorities in an ambiguous environment.
- Humble, hungry, and resourceful, with a willingness to handle both strategic and tactical work.
- Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future; this role does not offer visa sponsorship.
