Position: Tile Remover

Location: Lahaina, HI

Pay: $35/hour

Experience: Prior tile removal or related trade experience strongly preferred.

Education: High School Diploma.

Type: Full-time; Contract

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

Employers Options is seeking a Tile Remover to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

• Remove tile, mortar, grout, and backing materials from floors.
• Operate hand and power tools for demolition and removal work.
• Protect surrounding surfaces, fixtures, and cabinetry during removal.
• Identify and report subfloor damage or structural concerns.
• Dispose of debris properly and maintain a clean work area.
• Communicate site conditions and progress with project supervisors.
  
  

Position Requirements:

• Ability to safely lift heavy materials and debris.
• Ability to bend, kneel, crawl, and work in physically demanding positions.
• Knowledge of safe work practices and PPE usage.
• Ability to follow job instructions and safety procedures.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or with a team.
