Site Manager

Position: Site Manager

Location: Honolulu, HI

Pay: $27/hour

Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience is required.

Education: A college degree or equivalent work experience is required.

Type: Full-time; Contract

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 2:00pm

Job Description:

• Oversee personnel procedures, including organizing, training, and supervision
• Manage general business operations
• Ensure appropriate insurance coverage and handle claims processing and loss-prevention measures for planned communities and associations
• Prepare and review financial reports
• Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations related to planned communities and associations
• Adhere to Federal Fair Housing Laws
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance
  
  

Position Requirements

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to and motivate others
• Ability to organize, coordinate, and direct volunteer groups
• Basic accounting proficiency
• Experience with budget development and planning
• Short- and long-term planning capabilities
• Strong record-keeping abilities
• Computer literacy, including spreadsheet and word-processing skills
• Initiative and follow-through in developing and executing plans or tasks
• Ability to identify problems and implement or recommend effective solutions
• Ability to identify opportunities for improvement (cost savings, revenue, operational enhancements) within the community
