Position: Homeowners Association Technician

Location: Kihei, HI

Pay: $34/hour

Experience: At least 1 year of experience in Homeowner’s Association common area maintenance.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Type: Full-time; Contract

Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday; Day Shift

Employers Options is seeking a Homeowners Association Technician to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

• Perform minor building maintenance including electrical, painting, and staining repairs.
• Maintain and clean common areas to ensure a high standard of appearance.
• Respond promptly to homeowner and guest service requests.
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
• Report emergency maintenance needs to Homeowners Association Directors.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
• Communicate effectively with homeowners, guests, and team members.
  
  

Position Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including standing, walking, bending, and lifting for extended periods.
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to operate systems as needed.
• Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in varying conditions.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English; additional languages preferred.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Ability to remain calm and focused in busy environments.
• Positive attitude and professional demeanor.
