- Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
- Training period may include part-time or varied hours
- Overtime and schedule adjustments as needed based on service calls and travel

- Troubleshoot mechanical and electronic issues including motors, wiring, and control boards
- Read and interpret electronic schematics and technical diagrams

- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment
- Document service work, repairs, and calibration results
- Travel to customer sites to perform service calls (company vehicle provided once certified)
- Ensure all work meets safety and compliance standards
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding service and findings
- Participate in training and certification programs to advance technical skills
Hard Skills:
- Mechanical and/or electronic troubleshooting experience preferred
- Hands-on experience with motors, electrical components, or similar equipment
- Ability to read schematics and trace circuits
- Familiarity with hand tools and diagnostic equipment (multimeter, etc.)
- Ability to complete service documentation and reports
- Strong communication and professionalism with customers and team members
- Dependable, punctual, and safety-focused
- Ability to work independently in the field
- High attention to detail
- Willingness to learn, certify, and grow within the role
- Training schedule may vary based on skill level and certification progress
- Transition to full-time (40 hours/week) upon certification
- Overtime opportunities based on service demand
