Location: Honolulu, HI

Pay: $25/hr

Experience: Previous administrative or clerical experience preferred

Education: N/A

Type: Full-time; Contract

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm

Employers Options is seeking an Admin Clerk to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to office staff and property managers
  • Answer phones, route calls, and respond to emails professionally
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain files, records, and documentation
  • Assist with data entry, correspondence, and report preparation
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Schedule meetings and maintain calendars as needed
  • Support customer and homeowner inquiries with professionalism and discretion
  • Maintain office organization and supplies
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned

Position Requirements

  • Experience in property management or HOA environments a plus
  • Customer service–oriented with a professional demeanor
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
