What are the responsibilities and job description for the HR Consultant/Business Partner position at Employers Association of the Northeast In?
Utilize your 2-3 years of HR Generalist experience and develop into an HR consultant assisting our members to effectively manage a broad scope of HR challenges. This is an opportunity to leverage your tactical human resources experience and become a trusted EANE HR Business Partner.
Our Business Partners serve our member companies' executive leaders, HR professionals, and front-line supervisors as an extension of their teams. You will assist with compliance questions, compensation plans, benefits, recruitment and retention, performance management, policy development, employee relations, and many other HR areas of practice. Our Business Partners also develop and provide training on a myriad of HR related topics, and provide on-site or virtual HR support with HR related projects and priorities. You will be seen by our members as an authority in the human resources arena.
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or closely related field
· HR Certification preferred (candidates without certification must be willing to obtain certification within the first year of employment)
· Ability to engage, inspire and influence people at all levels of an organization and function as a trusted advisor
· Collaborative, team player with strong self-starter attitude
· Strong verbal & written communication skills
· Ability to balance and complete multiple priorities simultaneously
· 2-3 years of HR Generalist experience.
